Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for unsupervised learning across multimodal datasets
- Lead quantum-enhanced AI algorithm development for real-time pattern recognition in petabyte-scale systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in Nature/Science journals with quarterly impact targets
- Collaborate with bio-engineering teams to decode neural signals for brain-computer interfaces
- Mentor junior researchers through our 'Future Minds' incubation program
- Secure $500K+ annually in NSF and DARPA grants for frontier AI exploration
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Neuroscience, Quantum Machine Learning, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 3+ papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or Nature/Science
- Expertise in tensor networks, variational quantum circuits, and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and PyTorch with 10M+ parameter model deployment
- Proven track record of commercializing AI research (minimum 2 products)
- Clearance for DoD/DoE projects or ability to obtain within 90 days
