Responsibilities
- Develop novel deep learning architectures for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional projects on ethical AI alignment and bias mitigation
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Prototype and deploy generative AI models at enterprise scale
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Quantum Physics
- 5+ years experience in transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Publication record in top-tier AI conferences (h-index ≥15)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record of converting research into production systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
