Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures tailored for the 2026 infrastructure standards.
- Conduct rigorous research to advance the field of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Translate theoretical research into scalable production code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the technical vision of the Horizon Initiative.
- Publish high-impact papers and patents in top-tier AI conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing research and delivering production-grade AI models.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
