What you will do:
As a Senior Research Scientist on the 2026 team, you will lead high-impact research projects aimed at achieving superhuman efficiency in data processing and predictive modeling. Your work will directly influence our flagship product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct advanced research in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Reinforcement Learning to support the 2026 product roadmap.
- Design and implement novel neural architectures capable of processing real-time, unstructured data streams at scale.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate theoretical research into robust, production-grade software libraries.
- Publish high-impact academic papers and present findings at top-tier international conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify potential risks and technical bottlenecks in experimental models and propose scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning and artificial intelligence research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.) or open-source contributions.
- Deep understanding of optimization techniques, large language models (LLMs), and transformer architectures.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Apache Spark, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
