Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced R&D with publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum ML, and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of translating research into commercial products
- Strong background in ethics and alignment for AGI systems
