Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum-enhanced neural networks and generative AI
- Develop novel algorithms for real-time multimodal data fusion across 10+ sensor streams
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with robotics teams to deploy research in physical AI agents
- Publish findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Mentor PhD researchers in our 2026 Vision accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers on transformer architectures or generative models
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems at scale
- Deep knowledge of reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and biologically-inspired AI
- Experience securing government research grants (>5 successful proposals)
- Fluency in C++ and low-level system optimization
