Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead research in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical/quantum models
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at global tech summits
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future-Tech Accelerator Program

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with 2+ years post-PhD
- Published work in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Strong background in quantum computing fundamentals (Qiskit experience preferred)
- Proven track record of deploying ML systems at scale
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and regulatory frameworks
