Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning or Computational Neuroscience (2020-2026)
- 3+ years publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ deployed AI systems with measurable impact
- Security clearance for DoD AI projects preferred
