Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary research in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Architect scalable AI frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems and predictive climate models
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Mentor post-doc fellows in our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum AI approaches
- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for 2026-relevant AI initiatives
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years in published research (h-index >20)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, diffusion models, and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Published work on ethical AI alignment or AGI safety frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth) or quantum simulators
- Demonstrated ability to secure DARPA/NSF grants
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
