Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum machine learning or neural-quantum research
- Publication record in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaborative projects
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
