Responsibilities

- Secure federal grants and industry partnerships for AI innovation
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-computing integration
- Contribute to ISO/IEC 38507 standards for AI accountability
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Published work in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum and Cirq frameworks
- Deep understanding of 2026 AI ethical implications and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with AWS Braket and IBM Quantum services
- Strong track record of translating research into commercial products
