Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning models for neural interface optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for cognitive augmentation systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to validate AI models against real-time brain data
- Architect scalable infrastructure for processing petabyte-scale neural datasets
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum neural network algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Computational Neuroscience with 5+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published record in top-tier AI/quantum computing conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, QIP)
- Proficiency in neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi) and low-level programming
- Strong background in ethical AI development and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience leading multi-million dollar research grants with DARPA/NSF
- Deep knowledge of brain-computer interface protocols (BCI 2020 standards)
