Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead quantum machine learning research projects with 10+ team members
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for bias mitigation and transparency
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers/year in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI for next-gen quantum processors
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from government and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into production-level systems
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
