Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant ML architectures for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-vision AI applications
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for global policy adoption
- Mentor junior researchers in cutting-edge neural optimization techniques
- Secure $500K+ in annual research grants from federal/industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-scale ML systems with >10M parameter models
- Published work in NeurIPS/ICML/Science on quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience securing DoE/NASA research grants
- Proven track record of translating research to commercial impact
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
