Responsibilities
- Lead R&D projects in quantum neural networks and generative AI
- Design scalable ML architectures for autonomous decision systems
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually at NeurIPS/ICML
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with UN sustainable goals
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of applied research in quantum computing or AGI
- Publication record at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and NLP
- Proven ability to translate research into production systems
- Security clearance preferred for government projects
