Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in neural network optimization and quantum-ML integration
- Develop novel algorithms for predictive modeling of complex systems with 95%+ accuracy
- Architect scalable AI frameworks capable of processing exabyte-scale datasets
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into market-ready solutions
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation sprints
- Secure patents for proprietary AI methodologies with commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years research experience
- Published record in top-tier ML conferences (ICML, ICLR, CVPR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with $1M+ research budgets
