Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era AI systems, focusing on explainable AI and ethical frameworks

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding through grant proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied research experience in deep learning/NLP/computer vision
- Proven track record of publishing at top-tier AI conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Strong background in ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI
