Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era applications

- Drive innovation in explainable AI and bias mitigation techniques
- Collaborate with policy advisors on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Prototype and validate AI systems for autonomous decision-making
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from DARPA and NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced ML research with 15+ publications
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum computing
- Proven track record of commercializing AI research
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics and regulatory compliance
- Experience with large-scale distributed training frameworks
- Strong background in causal inference and reinforcement learning
