Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions using advanced ML frameworks
- Architect scalable neural networks and optimize model performance for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying AI systems across cloud platforms
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation strategies
- Create technical roadmaps for AI integration with legacy and emerging technologies
- Conduct performance testing and optimization of AI models in production environments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and implementation
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Strong knowledge of MLOps pipelines and CI/CD for ML workflows
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and multimodal systems
- Published research in AI or relevant patents in machine learning
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
