Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain frameworks
- Lead migration of legacy systems to AI-driven architectures with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Develop MLOps pipelines for automated model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Conduct adversarial testing to identify vulnerabilities in generative AI models
- Present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders with ROI analysis
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Research quantum computing applications for optimization problems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML engineering with 3+ years in solution architecture
- Expertise in Python, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, or CVPR)
- Certified in Google Cloud AI or AWS Machine Learning
- Experience with large language model fine-tuning and RAG systems
- Strong background in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent industry breakthrough
