Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical panels and circuits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA and local safety codes.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment with precision and safety.
- Run and terminate conduit, wire, and cables under supervision.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide the training and mentorship.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and climb ladders or scaffolding.
- Strong desire to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic math skills and excellent attention to detail.
