Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.
- Perform basic pipe fitting, threading, and soldering under supervision.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and safe.
- Interact professionally with customers and provide updates on job status.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (vehicle required).
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory).
- Strong desire to learn a skilled trade.
