Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support journeyman plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems and fixtures.
- Tool Management: Learn to identify, use, and maintain a wide variety of plumbing tools and safety equipment.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners, answer questions, and provide updates on service status.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize pipes, valves, and other materials for daily jobs.
- Basic Diagnostics: Assist in identifying common plumbing issues under supervision.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide all necessary training; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current, valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and stand for long periods.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Problem Solving: Basic ability to troubleshoot and follow instructions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
