Responsibilities
- Assist Journeymen: Provide hands-on support to licensed plumbers during installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Material Handling: Transport, organize, and prepare tools, pipes, and materials for daily job sites.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning up debris and organizing tools after each job.
- Learning & Compliance: Actively participate in training sessions to understand local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Customer Interaction: Represent the company professionally while communicating with clients regarding service updates.
- Basic Measurements: Assist in measuring and cutting pipes under supervision to ensure accurate installations.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Open: No prior plumbing experience required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over history.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle are required to travel between job sites.
- Work Ethic: Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Basic Skills: Familiarity with basic math and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
