Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine proper layout.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and ability to read measurements.
- Strong willingness to learn and obtain required state certifications.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
