What You Will Do
Our ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and eager to work. You will work under the supervision of our Foremen and Project Managers to ensure our projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Machinery Operation: Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and bobcats safely.
- Trade Assistance: Assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with specific tasks and measurements.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Waste Management: Remove debris and waste materials from the site regularly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in general construction or labor preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of power tools and construction safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, overtime, and weekend work as needed.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
