Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, terminate conductors, and connect devices to wiring systems.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical schematics under supervision.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a professional appearance and excellent communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and indoors in tight spaces.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry materials for extended periods.
- Must be willing to obtain required state certifications (we support this process).
