Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical vision for the Year 2026 infrastructure roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models and distributed computing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product management to translate abstract concepts into concrete, deployable solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risk.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in AI, quantum computing, and edge deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and modernization efforts.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML tooling (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
