Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of hybrid cloud environments and next-gen AI integration layers.
- Oversee the migration to quantum-resistant cryptography and secure data architectures.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify emerging tech trends (Web3, AI Agents) and evaluate their applicability to our core products.
- Collaborate with product and executive leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, and data governance.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
