Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Supervise material inventory and supply chain coordination
- Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors seamlessly
- Perform daily site inspections and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Knowledge of San Diego building codes and regulations
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and measurement equipment
- Flexible availability for weekend/evening shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
