Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, and cleanup.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
- Perform general cleanup and maintain a tidy work area.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
