Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste management.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and project instructions.
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and general renovation duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow supervisor instructions.
- Must possess a valid ID and be authorized to work in the USA.
- Basic math skills are preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
