Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/un construction materials safely and efficiently
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled trades with tasks like measuring, cutting, and assembling
- Participate in demolition and cleanup operations
- Read and interpret simple construction plans
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
