Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate task execution
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
