Responsibilities
- Operate construction tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.) with various tasks.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and site instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
