Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up temporary structures.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and walking for long periods.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Strong team player with a positive and reliable attitude.
