Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material preparation, site cleanup, and equipment setup
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Support site preparation, demolition, and finishing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Diego County
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for tardiness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
