Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Prepare and clean work areas, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Assist in site preparation, including digging, tamping, and leveling.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
