Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout and assembly work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform debris removal and site cleanup operations
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours on uneven terrain
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
