Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks (concrete, lumber, tools)
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Support skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies via trucks/forklifts
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and basic repairs
Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided for all hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
