Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers
- Install/assemble scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to project specifications
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precision
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and hand equipment
- Flexibility for extended hours and weekend work
