Responsibilities
- Execute physically demanding tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely
- Interpret blueprints and follow precise construction plans
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards on active job sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
