Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and duties.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on-site.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power washers.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and instructions.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
