Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools and equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and concrete work
- Assist with equipment maintenance and minor repairs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Willingness to obtain OSHA certification if not already certified
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
