Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties including digging, loading, hauling, and material transport.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as carpentry, framing, and site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, site regulations, and project instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure a safe environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job layouts when applicable.
Qualifications
- Physically fit individual capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are preferred.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
