Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
