Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site instructions provided by supervisors.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Support skilled tradespeople with various manual labor tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We welcome applicants with zero experience who are willing to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
