Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform site cleanup and waste management according to regulations
- Read basic blueprints and execute verbal instructions from supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in extreme weather
- Must have own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
- Flexibility to work early mornings/weekends as needed
- Construction or labor experience preferred but not required
