Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and moving construction materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely under supervision
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Complete daily timesheets and safety documentation
- Support project timelines through efficient task execution
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, shovels, saws)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
