Job Overview:
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our projects ranging from commercial building to infrastructure development. You will work closely with our skilled trades teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site clearing, excavation, and preparation for new construction projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Support Trades: Provide direct assistance to skilled tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Ensure the job site is organized and free of debris at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- License: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Equipment: Candidates must provide their own Steel-toed boots.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and capable of working in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
